Simplifying the

New Good Faith Estimate

One of the biggest changes in lending for 2010 is the implementation of the new Good Faith Estimate (GFE).  It is a very confusing and complex document and process and really needs to be simplified for the consumer and Real Estate Professionals to fully understand.

With that in mind we have created a series of short videos to help simplify and explain this new form while also offering some suggestions to better protect yourself from allowing the confusion to cause you to make the wrong decisions.
