Lowest Rate and Fees Our entire process leads us to where we able to utilize our 19+ years in the mortgage industry to pre-package you and your financial situation in the best light allowing you to qualify for the lowest rates and lowest fees available on the market. Capitalize on our ability to monitor the market through various tools that we have acquired over the years, we are even able to watch the mortgage rate market in real time, well almost, we can see exactly where the market is with a 30 minute delay. Having access to this information allows us to know if a lender is trying to overcharge you. So once we have you pre-packaged you choose lenders to call and get interest rate quotes, we then review those Good Faith Estimates with you to determine the best choice for your situation. We do not have ANY referral relationships with lenders, we do not refer you to them, we want to avoid even the hint of impropriety here. We are your Fiduciary acting in YOUR best interests and if we had relationships with lenders it could negatively impact our ability to do that. Over time we will put together a list of lenders that we have had good and bad encounters with and we will make that available to you. Please understand that the ability to actually deliver a loan at the rate and fees promised and on time is more important than going with a lender that may be offering a lower rate and fee structure, but has proven before that they don’t deliver on time and thus you could pay more or worse lose your ability to buy the house you want to. Under no circumstance should you deal with an internet lender or really even a lender that does not have a local presence. Dealing out of town takes away one of our strategies in getting loans closed on time.
