Mortgage Aftercare Program Our experience shows that the people you make your mortgage payments too (we call them servicers) can cause you stress and headaches after that fact. Well our services provide what we call your Mortgage Aftercare Program where when you get confusing calls or letters from your mortgage servicer just call us or forward us the letter and we’ll help you chart a course of action to solve the issue. Every year you get a new “tax assessment” from the county when that comes in send it to us and we’ll get with your real estate agent to find out if it is too high and then we’ll help you contest it with the county. You have a limited amount of time when these come out so you’ll need to let us know immediately. If you are pre-paying your mortgage and get a monthly statement, we’ll even audit them monthly if you wish to make sure they are properly crediting your payments to your loan. Just forward it to us and we’ll do a quick audit to make sure everything is correct. All of these services are covered under our modest onetime fee. Many question how we can do all this for such a small fee. Well that’s easy. We feel that once you develop the level of trust we are sure you will, you will be happy to refer us to your friends, family and co-workers. Plus we are licensed to offer many of the “safer” alternatives to protect your assets.
